Defence and Security Circle – Water Security & the Link to Conflict

This much-anticipated hybrid event is a joint initiative between the NLC Sustainability Forum, NLC Defence & Security Circle and RAND Europe. Members and their guests are welcome to attend in person in the David Lloyd George Room or participate via Zoom using the links below.

The evening’s session with be led by Ruth Harris, Research Group Director, Defence, Security and Infrastructure at RAND Europe. Ruth has spent 23 years in the Armed Forces, much of which working on global security issues, her full biography can be viewed here >>
