The first Suffrage Walk, led by Peter Hofford for the Women’s Network, took place on the hottest day of the summer, which meant numbers were reduced. To ensure no one misses the opportunity to see, and hear about, the many significant locations associated with both wings of the suffrage movement (the militant and moderate groups) that are in easy walking distance of the Club, Peter will repeat the walk on 22 September. Join us at the club at 11 am – no need to book a place.
