NLC Irish Circle – The Growth of Liberalism in Northern Ireland

The Alliance Party of Northern Ireland and the NLC Irish Circle are hosting an evening to discuss the recent growth of the Alliance Party in Northern Ireland following the Alliance Surge of 2019.

The speakers at this event will be former Alliance Party Leader Lord John Alderdice, and current Deputy Party Leader, Stephen Farry MP. They will lead a discussion around the importance of the liberal message in Northern Ireland, how it has resonated during a period of retrenchment for other liberal parties, and how the Party has managed issues around Brexit, the NI Protocol, the peace process and the instability of the Stormont power-sharing Executive.
