Aorua Duo – Piano and Cello Recital

The Kettner Society are delighted to welcome the Aorua Duo to the Club for a much-anticipated evening of classical favourites.

Childhood friends Hannah-Elizabeth Teoh (Piano) and Lucy Gijsbers (Cello) first played together at the age of fourteen. More than a decade later they are reunited to bring you an exciting exploration of piano and cello music, ranging from beloved repertoire by composers including Beethoven and Debussy, to a recent work hailing from the country they grew up in, New Zealand.

The evening will be enhanced with specially curated readings and visuals along with a trio performance featuring Ben Westlake (Clarinet).
