In-Club Event: Insight on China – Big Sister, Little Sister, Red Sister

A new format for the Defence & Security Circle in which a speaker will give a 30 minute talk followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. The event will not be broadcast live but recorded for Youtube.

Come to see acclaimed China born, British based author Jung Chang, who is world renown for her ground breaking books Wild Swans (dealing with her family in the Cultural Revolution); Mao: the unknown story (banned in the PRC); and Empress Dowager Cixi (the concubine who launched modern China).
